I first encountered Jason Chan's Infinite Tai Chi courses in 1998 and I felt immediately drawn to learning and experiencing it. However, the timing was not right for me and it was several years before I felt ready to take it
into my life. How glad I am that I did. Infinite Tai Chi and Chi Kung has changed my life in many different ways, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I feel that since I have walked this beautiful healing path it has
opened doors for me which would otherwise have remained closed. It has given me focus and inspiration to work towards bringing my dreams and aspirations alive.
I have studied other courses of complementary medicine and they have assisted me in my self development but studying Infinite Tai Chi has been more than a course for me, it has really resonated with me. I truly believe the
traditional art of tai chi which has been around for centuries, and has been adapted for the western culture by Master Chan, has the potential to aid and support the healing process in so many ways. Teaching Infinite Tai Chi
and Chi Kung to others and sharing this ancient art is a wonderful experience.
The energy (chi) which is experienced when a group of people practice Infinite Tai Chi is like a light and warmth which radiates throughout the room. When practicing outside with nature we experience the great one-ness and
the connection with all living things. We are at peace with ourselves and others.
"If we are peaceful, if we are happy, we can blossom like a flower, and everyone in our family, our entire society will benefit from our peace."
Thich Nhat Hanh, 1997, Being Peace, Full Circle Publishing, New Delhi
"You will ultimately realise that we are at one with everything. We are the
trees, the oceans, the sun, the moon and the stars. Everything is us and we are everything"
